Join Salit Foundation at the Burbank Public Library for a special performance of Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, created especially for children and families.
In this imaginative musical adventure, each character is represented by a different instrument of the orchestra—from the playful flute of the bird to the bold French horns of the wolf. As the story unfolds, young listeners will discover how instruments, melodies, and musical colors can bring characters and stories to life.
Led by Maestro James Yongjae Kim, this engaging 30-minute concert offers children an exciting and accessible introduction to live classical music.
